기술지원팀  Technical support team  ​
​설계 전 단계에서 건설기술용역업체 선정, 사업타당성조사보고서 및 기본계획보고서의 적정성 검토, 발주방식 결정지원, 총사업비 집행계획수립지원 등을 수행합니다.
​시공단계에서는 시공성과 확인, 사용자재의 적정성 검토,시공계획 검토, 기술검토 및 교육, 공정관리, 안전관리, 환경관리, 설계변경관리, 기성검사, 준공검사, 하도급타당성검토 등을 수행합니다. 
시공후 단계에서는 종합 시운전계획의 검토 및 시운전 확인, 시설물유지관리지침서 검토, 시설물유지관리업체 선정, 시설물의 인수인계계획 검토 및 관련 업무를 지원합니다.

In the pre-design stage, we select construction technology service providers, review the feasibility of project feasibility study reports and basic plan reports, support the ordering method, and support the establishment of the total project cost execution plan. In the construction stage, we check the construction performance, review the appropriateness of the materials used, review the construction plan, technical review and training, process management, safety management, environmental management, design change management, ready-made inspection, completion inspection, and subcontract validity review. In the post-construction stage, we will review the comprehensive start-up plan and check the start-up operation, review the facility maintenance guidelines, select a facility maintenance company, review the facility handover plan, and support related tasks.

사업 참여전략 및 경쟁력 제고 우위 등을 파악하고, 한국 건설업체들의 그간의 해외시장 성공 및 실패 사례들을 조사, 분석하여 이를 토대로 경쟁력 제고 및 향후 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하고 
공사 수주 활성화 전략을 도출하며 경쟁력에 대한 SWOT 분석을 통해 우리 건설기업이 갖추어야 할 경쟁력 제고 방안 및  발전 방향을 제시하고 있습니다.

Recently, the construction market is facing a very difficult situation due to continued low oil prices, global economic uncertainty, and geopolitical risk factors, resulting in falling orders and intensified competition. It identifies business participation strategies and competitiveness enhancement advantages, investigates and analyzes the success and failure cases of Korean construction companies in overseas markets, and based on this, it seeks competitiveness and future directions.  We derive strategies for revitalizing construction orders and present ways and development directions for our construction companies to enhance their competitiveness through SWOT analysis on competitiveness.
